When booking an open course place

Course registration
Book your course place on the web.It is important when registering that your employment number and email to the nearest responsible manager as well as the purchase order number are included.If this is not included, the invoice from us will not go through and an additional billing fee will be charged.

Course programme
We reserve the right to make any changes to the content of the course programme.

Privacy Policy
We comply with the EU regulation, GDPR, when handling personal data in connection with course administration and mailing. Read our Privacy Policy.

Confirmation
A confirmation is sent out directly in connection with your course registration.

Calling for the course.
About two weeks before the start of the course, we send out an invitation with information about the time and place.

Course times
Start and end times for our courses and educations may differ.The times are specified in the invitation. Contact us if you are unsure.

Hotel reservation
We do not usually handle hotel bookings.Deviations may occur with boarding courses.

Course fees
The course fee includes course documentation. For physical classroom training, lunch and coffee are included, unless otherwise stated. Lodging is not included, unless otherwise stated. VAT is added.

Prevention/Cancellation
If you are unable to use your course place, it may be transferred to someone else.

According to the agreement with Hitachi, no course fee is charged for cancellation 4 weeks before the start of the course, 25% of the course fee for cancellation 2-4 weeks before the start of the course and 50% of the course fee for cancellation 0-2 weeks before the start of the course.

Canceled course
STF Engineering Education reserves the right to cancel the course if the number of registrations is too few. If a course is cancelled, we will notify you no later than 10 days before the start of the course.

If STF Engineering Education has to cancel the course due to the lecturer's illness, a new course opportunity is offered. STF does not replace unused tickets for transport and accommodation.

When booking internal company assignments

Internal company assignments are offered separately. All prices listed are exclusive of VAT.
When booking in-company courses, a list must be submitted with information about the course participants' names, email addresses and employment numbers.
A purchase order number is also required for the invoice to go through from us. If this is missing, more handling is required on our part and an additional billing fee will be charged.

Any adaptations that are more extensive than what is included in the feasibility study are charged per hour, after an approved additional order.

The entire training can be canceled/rebooked by the customer no later than 4 weeks before the start of the training.

In case of cancellation 4 weeks before the start of the training, none of the offered price is charged.
In case of cancellation 2-4 weeks before the start of the training, 25% of the offered price is charged.
In case of cancellation 0-2 weeks before the start of the training, 50% of the offered price is charged.
Rebooking where the start of education is postponed more than 6 months ahead is counted as cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel training or change the time due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

 


Force Majeure

STF Ingenjörsutbildning AB is not responsible for damage caused by Swedish or foreign legislation, Swedish or foreign authority action, war event, strike, blockade, boycott, lockout or other similar circumstance and shall also not be responsible for damage in cases where the course has to be fully or partially canceled due to lecturer's illness. The reservation regarding strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts applies even if the Institute itself is subject to or takes such conflict measures.
